Understanding Communication Difficulties in the Justice System (core modules)

Formerly known as ‘The Box’, this updated course introduces justice professionals to communication difficulties – helping you to understand what these difficulties are and how to recognise them.

These are the core modules, which you will need to complete before any of the further modules.

• You’ll explore different methods of understanding and supporting people with communication difficulties, and see how it improves outcomes for them as well as how it can make your work easier and more effective.
• You’ll also have access to downloadable resources to support you in your work, along with tips and techniques to put into practice immediately.
